Damages

• Property Care:
  Although we understand that accidents happen, we kindly ask guests to respect our property as if it were their own.
  
  
• Reporting Damages:
  If any damage occurs during your stay, please report it to us as soon as possible via WhatsApp, email, Booking.com or Airbnb messaging platform.
  
  
• Inspection Policy:
  Our property and its contents are fully inspected and inventoried after each stay. Any damage or discrepancy may be subject to additional charges.
  
  
• Arrival Notice:
  If you notice any damage upon your arrival, please inform us immediately.
  
  
• Lost Key:
  There is a standard charge of €50 for a lost key.
